It’s Tuesday in Kentucky, but National Signing Day in Australia.

Wilson Berry, a punter from Australia, has become the first player signed to Kentucky’s 2021 recruiting class, as it is already Wednesday (which is also National Signing Day) down under. The University sent out the news earlier this evening.

Berry is a former Rugby player and is rated as a three-star recruit, according to 247 Sports. His older brother is Jordan Berry, a punter for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Originally committing to play for the Wildcats back in June, Berry comes from the same program that Max Duffy trained at in Australia: Prokick Australia of Melbourne.

At 22 years old, Berry will have four years of college eligibility left.
