We have points—a lot of them— in Lexington as Kentucky leads Vanderbilt, 24-14, at halftime in the Cats’ first game back out of a bye week.
Terry Wilson has been the star thus far with nine straight completions to begin the game. At the break, he is 12-of-13 for 101 yards and two touchdowns, plus he threw in another 70 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown for the haters.
Kentucky’s defense is another story, however. The strength of the team some might say, UK’s defense has allowed Vanderbilt’s offense to pick up 153 yards and two scores through two quarters, and Vanderbilt will get the ball once play resumes.
