A Friendly Reminder from KY Wildcats TV: Football is Coming

football-is-coming

Even though Drew Franklin already covered this topic earlier today, it’s worth repeating — THERE ARE ONLY 100 DAYS UNTIL FOOTBALL SEASON.

Freddie Maggard is supposed to be going on vacation this weekend.  Instead of prepping by reading guidebooks and mapping his route, he’s prepping for Shannon Dawson and Southern Miss with Christi Thomas.  No rest for the wicked.

The heavy lifting for KY Wildcats TV has also begun.  Their heavy lifting is filming the heavy lifting that’s happening at Nutter.  Per usual, your pulse will react accordingly.

As with a root canal somebody should be supplying some nitrous oxide to properly prep for it and make it less painful.

100 more days to ignore football and talk about basketball.

100 days of hype to help sell tickets and other stuff to pay the ridiculous contract of the head coach.
    Then reality sets in.
I hope I am wrong. I hope this is the year, or maybe next year. Sometime before I die. Please.

There is no way these first three posts could be from true UK fans. The negativity is rancid. Even if they prefer indoor sports where one plays in their silk pants, what would you gain from insulting those of us who love football and especially UK football. We were very close to a winning season last year and 20 of the projected starters for this season will be back in 2017. There is no way UK students or alumni would post such negative and destructive comments. Getting 90 guys ready to compete in the SEC is not like turning a program with the recruitment of two McDonalds pituitary cases.
