WATCH: UK players do ‘The Mop’ in team hotel in Nashville

Ever wonder what the players do in the hotel the night before a big road game? They’re probably watching film on their iPads or doing walk-throughs in empty conference rooms, right? Wrong.

According to Ashton Hagans’ Triller video, he and his teammates were dancing in the hallway of the team hotel in Nashville last night. Watch Hagans, Immanuel Quickley, Tyrese Maxey, Keion Brooks and Zan Payne do “the Mop” — a popular thing on the internet right now that I can’t explain. (LeBron did it last week, so it must be cool.)

In somewhat unrelated news, I was today years old when I learned there is an app called Triller. Cool video though. Imagine being a fan down in Nashville for the game and you run into the team doing the Mop in the hallway.

Also a good reminder that these are just kids having fun. Despite what we might think once they step on the court.

Can’t believe the KSR message board coaches haven’t come in here crying that they should be studying game film instead of dancing.

I’m guessing no one does the “Humpty Dance” anymore? By Digital Underground? No? I need to catch up on my hip hop I guess.
