WATCH: The Lost Footage from Kentucky’s Second Half vs. San Lorenzo del Almagro

Kentucky basketball fans who could not make the trip to the Bahamas did not get to see all of the Cats’ match-up with San Lorenzo del Almagro.  When the power outage knocked out the SEC Network, cameraman Daniel Dunston rose to the occasion.

You may have seen some of Matt’s Periscope, but that cannot compare to Daniel’s excellent camerawork.  Enjoy 41 minutes of Kentucky basketball that only few could see until now.

SEC network allowing Matt to periscope during a blackout seems reasonable. but allowing you to publish this seems very generous on their part.

you may have forgotten a long time ago (last year) they wouldn’t even allow videos taken from cellphones on twitter. they own the rights. so yeah. they’ve come a long way.

When footage became available the announcers were throwing shade about the periscopes unprofessionalism and then the whiney UK media. Did anyone else catch that?
