Nick Richards, who posted his third double-double of the season with 10 points, 13 rebounds, and seven blocks, talked about his improvement this season, who he has to be thankful for (Kenny Payne), and the patience he’s from his freshman year to now.
Tyrese Maxey, who led the team with 21 points on 8-11 shooting including 4-6 from deep, spoke on his energy that sparked Kentucky’s 20-0 run, the rumors of Camp Cal, and his family visiting Lexington for Thanksgiving.
Keion Brooks, who had a terrific outing with nine points and three rebounds on 3-6 shooting, touched on Maxey’s presence as a shooter and the team’s ability to make threes.
