WATCH: Immanuel Quickley wants to bring home number nine

KyWildcatsTV continues to churn out great content this offseason to help fans get to know the incoming freshmen. Today, it’s Immanuel Quickley’s turn in front of the camera. Watch below as Quickley discusses why he came to Kentucky and his goals as a Wildcat.

“Basketball means everything to me,” he said. “The dreams I have for this season as a team is definitely to win a championship, bring home number nine for the BBN.”

Something tells me we’re really going to like this kid.

Every player that has come since 2012 has wanted to “win number nine”… Easier said than done.

I saw this kid along with Keldon Johnson during their official visit in 2017. The size and muscle that both have added in a short period of time is impressive. Hopefully it translate well to the court. They are definitely putting in the work.

All of are UK kids have the goal of winning a championship. They should; other wise, why be there? Yes, 9 would be nice.

Number 9 would be awesome! Feels little better since we have a little experience on the court . Hope this group of freshman click and we actually get it done!!! Go BIG BLUE!
