University of Kentucky Basketball, Football, and Recruiting news brought to you in the most ridiculous manner possible.

WATCH: B.J. Boston’s new highlight tape is ABSURD

The 2019-20 Kentucky basketball season came to an abrupt end last week, but there is plenty of reason for optimism as we look ahead to next year.

One of those reasons? 2020 Kentucky basketball signee and top-five prospect B.J. Boston.

Suiting up for high school basketball powerhouse Sierra Canyon, Boston put together one of the most impressive seasons among all seniors, leading the Blazers in scoring en route to Southern Section Open Division and CIF State Open Division regional titles. The No. 4 prospect in the 247Sports recruiting rankings was also named to the McDonald’s All-American Game, Jordan Brand Classic, and Allen Iverson Roundball Classic, also earning Naismith First-Team All-America honors in the process.

When you earn the accolades and put up the numbers Boston has as a senior, your final high school mixtape is bound to be impressive.

And after viewing all 12 minutes of his updated official highlight tape released this afternoon, I can assure you it’s worthy of the hype. With ridiculous makes from deep, acrobatic finishes at the rim, impressive dunks, and nasty handles, you’re certain to come away impressed.

Check out BallIsLife’s latest mixtape of the future Wildcat:

Not enough for you? That’s perfectly fine, we’ve got you covered.

How about another 22 minutes worth of shots, finishes, dunks, passes, steals, and blocked shots from the future Wildcat?

John Calipari and the Kentucky basketball program got a good one.

He’s so gangly, he’s going to get called for push offs a LOT because he’s so long. But there’s no denying he’s an animal.

Yeah, I saw several moves in the first couple minutes of the first vid that will be offensive fouls and carries or walks once he suits up for the Cats. Will be fine in the NBA, though.

Lol…I came to the comments section to say the same thing. He’s a baller for sure and I can’t wait to see him in blue and white. He’s gonna have to watch his moves a little closer in college because I saw a LOT of “college ball” turnovers in the highlight video. I notice these moves in a lot of AAU highlight videos. Makes you wonder what this AAU stuff does to these kids.

Still though a guy at 6-8 should not be able to handle the ball like he’s a guard that’s just ridiculous how he’s able to do that. it’s rate you see a player who’s actually a small forward but he plays the game like he’s a guard. He’s pretty much a 6’8 guard at SF that is pretty much what he is. However I agree there is a lot of push offs, and a lot of all the carries that will need to get cleaned up,which will get cleaned up pretty early i think. The man this is going to be really hard to handle at the next level! I don’t think I’ve seen a big like him breaking people’s ankles the way he does, I mean he’s got other guys stepping out of their shoes and falling on the floor.

Yes Sir CJKA!! What’s even better about him is his personality!! The kid is always smiling and very bright, well spoken and just a great kid. He’ll be a fan favorite next year for sure and Very unselfish. Also he’s an excellent passer and unbelievable in the fast break. With what we’ll have at Kentucky next year, it’s going to be exciting to say the least. Talk about spacing the floor!! BJ can consistently hit from 30 feet and if Quickly does decide to come back. Just WOW!! Lol.

The kid is a nightmare for the opposition. Can score everywhere on the court and is really long so he gives people fits on defense. For the comment above about the offensive fouls, yeah he got away with a few, but the greatest thing about having a HALL OF FAME Coach in John Calipari, is that he will recognize and point those very fixable things in the first practice.

BJ could be SEC Player of the year and an All American in his Freshman year, not very many like his around with those skills and the length. I just hope we play next year. Lol. I think we’ll be the run away National Champions next year and dominate the entire season. Wooo. Go Kentucky!

Haha. Man I can’t wait to see us running the floor next year. Also, Irish Cat below, I agree 100% we’ll score 80 plus a game. And we’ll be one of the longest teams in the country as well, so our defense will be outstanding. Fun to think about for sure. I honestly don’t think it will take those kids too long to be playing great together either. They’ve all been on National TV multiple times and have been playing 109gamrs a year probably for the last three years or so. ( with high school and AAU)! Can’t wait. Go Cats

If IQ comes back to run the point w/ Boston and Clark on the wings we will average 80.

He’s the real deal. The comments above about pushing off and all that…they’ll clean that up. It won’t be an issue

Good observations by everyone. I like the fact that even though lanky he doesnt seem to mind contact too much. Also he gets his 3 point shot off pretty quickly. With that length and quick shot he could be hard to stop from 3 and mid range.

Lanky, now but by the time he suits up for his first game as a Cat he will have added 20-25 pounds of muscle and not lose a step. This kid is going to be special.

You know who else has an awesome highlight reel? Like one of the best I’ve ever seen? Kahlil Whitney

I was never that impressed with Kahlils game. If you watch them in a game then you know more of what you are seeing in the mix tapes.

Boston is much quicker than Whitney. He can shoot much better.
