WATCH: Ashton Hagans is putting in plenty of pre-draft work

The postponement of the 2020 NBA Draft has given Ashton Hagans even more time to improve his game – and it’s clearly working.

We haven’t seen much of Hagans since he declared for the draft back in early April, but he gave everybody a taste of what he’s been up to during his time off with some clips from private workouts. Take a look.

And why don’t we go ahead and sprinkle in a few highlights from his time in a Kentucky uniform, too?

If you want even MORE Ashton Hagans highlights, then we have you covered. TakeFlightHoops recently posted another offseason workout video of Hagans as he prepares for the 2020 NBA Draft, which currently slated for Oct. 16.

As of right now, the consensus among most mock draft boards concerning Hagans is that there is no consensus. Some mocks have him in the early second-round but most appear to have him going undrafted. Luckily, there is still plenty of time before the actual draft, although it could be difficult to improve his stock, all things considered.

Either way, Hagans looks to be in good shape and ready to learn his basketball future.

He’s a player. I wish him all the best. He’ll mature and fix his finishing issues and shooting. Elite defender. NBA body. Above Average IQ. Good passer.

I’d roll those dice late second round.

I really feel like the pressure of his draft stock got to him, but I loved his defensive intensity on the court and his ability to make his teammates better.

Very late second round and quite possibly goes undrafted. Too many liabilities on offense and makes too many bonehead turnovers. Unfortunately, I see D league written all over him for his limited career.
