Before the Kentucky basketball team heads to Nashville to take on Vanderbilt on Tuesday evening, UK assistant coach Joel Justus, along with sophomore guard Ashton Hagans and freshman forward Keion Brooks Jr. spoke to the media to break down the Commodores and what they expect in their second straight road game.
Ashton Hagans got things going by discussing his recent turnover struggles, his pressure to be “perfect” each night, how good the team can be if all four guards can click, and how they are preparing for Vanderbilt the second time around, among other topics.

Then, Keion Brooks Jr. discussed the road environment they expect to see at Vanderbilt, the challenge that comes with taking on the Commodores, how he was able to move past his recent illness and impress against Tennessee, and what he has been looking to improve about his game in particular.
