According to a release, the University of Evansville has “received reports about Coach McCarty’s off-court behavior, including a recent incident that appeared to violate its Title IX policy.”
“The investigation will be conducted by a national law firm,” the release states. “The University will make a fair and informed decision on Coach McCarty’s status based on the results of the investigation. Bennie Seltzer sounds like something my grandma used to give me for a cold.
Wow! Hopefully this isn’t another Winston Bennett deal. McCarty was said to be close with Ricky P, though! Hopefully this is all a big misunderstanding!
Beat Kentucky and think you’re a Rock Star. Lol. Just joking here, but I’m probably not far off.
Wow, I hope this turns out to be unfounded. The fact that he is a UK championship alum didn’t take away the sting of that loss for me, but a part of me was still happy for Walter personally. And as always with a UK alum, I thought that if he rises as a hot coaching prospect maybe he would take over when Cal retires.
Walter would be 102 years old when Cal retires.
