One of Kentucky’s top targets in the class of 2022 will be playing for a national high school powerhouse next season.

Friday afternoon, five-star guard Jaden Bradley announced he will he transferring from Cannon School in Concord, North Carolina to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

“I would like to thank Cannon School and the basketball program for a wonderful past two years,” Bradley said in his announcement. “With that being said, I will be transferring to IMG Academy for the 2020-2021 season.”

“Leaving the Cannon school was the hardest decision I had to make,” Bradley told Paul Biancardi of ESPN. “My teammates, coaches and teachers were amazing and I can’t thank them enough. [IMG has] great facilities, a player development plan and great coaches. The players on the roster are high character guys. They support each other. That was important to me.”

At IMG, Bradley will join fellow five-star prospects Brandon Huntley-Hatfield, Moussa Diabate, and Jarace Walker to form one of the most loaded high school rosters in the nation.

Bradley, a 6-foot-2, 160-pound point guard, is considered the No. 9 overall prospect and No. 2 point guard in 2022 according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

As of today, Bradley holds scholarship offers from the likes of Florida, Kansas, Louisville, Michigan, and North Carolina, among others.

This past season, Bradley took an unofficial visit to Kentucky for Big Blue Madness, a trip he tells KSR was “unbelievable.”

“Oh, man. It’s a great feeling,” Bradley said. “Family atmosphere. It was unbelievable, even the Blue and White scrimmage felt like a real game. No one was going through the motions, they were competing and going at guys, trying to get each other better and get ready for the season. I like what Coach Cal does with his guys in trying to get them ready for the next level.”

Bradley joined KSR’s Sources Say Podcast a few weeks back to break down his game and recruitment, which can be found below:

It’s wild how many 5-star recruits come from IMG. Football, Basketball, Baseball… that place is a factory.
