UCLA looks ready for Jaylen Brown’s visit

With Jaylen Brown set to visit one week from today, UCLA is really going out of its way to show him how washed up its basketball program is these days. Pauley Pavilion, where the Bruins play their home games, is currently submerged after a huge water main break earlier this evening. The court is likely ruined, much like Brown’s NBA potential if he commits.

Wow! Didn’t they just remodel that pavilion a couple years ago? Like 2011, I think. They will be selling warped souvenir boards on ebay 🙂

That’s not a water main break. It is straight up sewage, much like the UCLA basketball program.

At least it’s there place to place and they’re not held hostage by a bunch of idiots that can’t even control the traffic in a city the size of Lexington. I know coach Cal has done a great job of getting kids to the NBA but isn’t it a little stupid to say if any kid chooses any school except UK they don’t have a shot at the NBA. Please don’t start sounding like LOSERVILLE, you know the school to the west that has the best football program in the country. I’m sure schools like Bama, Auburn, LSU, South Carolina, FSU, Ohio St, and Oklahoma hope to be on the same level as the TURDS one day, one can only dream.

lighten up folks, Drew always has jokes. But playing for UCLA definitely isn’t as good for your draft stock as playing for UK is…just ask Shabazz Muhammad

Wait, UK fans can READ? Wow, University of Kentucky DOES have something (albeit very small) going for it. Too bad your overall academics and athletics are a JOKE. Oh, and how about location, location, location?

Regardless of your school affiliation, UCLA has a historic place in college hoops.

This is a disaster and just sad for the school.

Stop being idiots making fun of a bad situation. Just cheer for your own team and learn to have some class, instead of kicking someone when they’re down.

Come on guys, there is no need to belittle UCLA for something like this. This is a sad situation in a historic venue. As a lifelong Kentucky fan, I am really saddened by some of the responses here.

UCLA under water is still more desirable than Kentucky on it’s Best Day! We just saved some Gas money and did our surfing on campus for a day…it’s all good out here.

A rather disgusting display from you Wildcat fans. Poking fun after a horrible thing has taken place. Though, it shouldn’t surprise me that you hillbilly backwoods hicks would stoop this low. Kentucky basketball is the only thing that keeps you alive….so sad! Go enjoy our struggle for the next few weeks.

Please Bruins fans don’t judge all UK fans by these few hicks that post here. I’m extremely saddened to see this flooding. It’s just a waste of $$$$ and a blow to a great tradition in college baskeball. I feel for you guys. Here’s to Pauley rising like Phoenix from the ashes.

As a UCLA fan we should know not all UK fans are peakerheads and just like we have some AHoles ourselves let’s not judge all UK fans by the remarks of a few. True college basketball fans are mostly decent people.
