Three Wildcats Selected to the NBA All-Star Game

After failing to receive enough fan votes to crack the starting lineup, Antony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins have been selected as reserves for the Western Conference All-Stars.  John Wall was selected as a reserve guard for the East.  It’s Wall and Davis’ third All-Star appearance, and Boogie’s second.

In a game highlighted by guards, Davis and Cousins are the primary big men on both teams.  There will also be a portion of Saturday’s Skill Challenge devoted to the Big Men, getting DeMarcus Cousins (and possibly Anthony Davis) even more time on the court.

All Star Game weekend starts a week from tomorrow in Toronto.

Well, Jesus Titty Effing Christ, I’d hope Boogie can at least be a reserve. He’s killing it. Who’s the starter at center? I would take Cousins over whoever.

There are no starting centers. For either team. The fans voted in 2 guards and 3 forwards for each team. The east is starting Kyle Lowry, Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, Paul George, and Carmelo Anthony. The west is starting Stephen Curry, Russell Westbrook, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, and Kawhi Leonard.
