The team is back in the gym today

Back to work today. Here's the Cats getting in a little work on their lunges.

The Cats took yesterday off but got back to work today. You can see them doing what the caption calls lunges (those aren’t lunges) in the Instagram video from the team account.

I can confirm they did more lunges than were done at the KSR office today. In fact, however many they did, that’s how many more they did than us.

      Confession: I didn’t watch the video when I posted it. I saw the caption said “working on their lunges” so I assumed they were doing lunges. Maybe there’s a follow-up video?
