The players are back in Lex, time to get to work

AaronHarrison2

The holidays were short-lived and Christmas is over for the basketball team. Calipari gave his players the early part of the week off, but it’s back to work for the Cats tonight in Lexington.

The players arrived back on campus today and the Louisville prep will pick up tonight. Tomorrow, while you and I are exchanging gifts and eating sweets, the team will practice and go over the game plan for Saturday.

Beat Louisville.

“The University of Louisville, where McDonald’s all Americans develop into McDonalds workers”

Payton Siva, Chane Behanan, Samardo Samuels, Earl Clark, Carlos Hurt and Blackshear is NEXT. LOL

They want to press and run. Normally a good idea against Kentucky and all that size and depth and Ulis. NOT A GOOD idea, might be the WORST thing you can do is run against them it opens the game up and exposes the talent gap. They might get platooned to death …. UK runs away with this one in the second half.

I think that about 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, it is going to occur to most of us, “Wait a minute, what were we ever concerned about?” Of course, by this time the Cats will be up by 20!

I am saying a 6 point game either way. First road game frightens me.
