The new guy hit the halfcourt shot in pregame walkthrough

On his first road trip and only three days into team practices, Oscar Tshiebwe is already making big plays for his new team.
The West Virginia transfer made the halfcourt shot to wrap up Kentucky’s pregame walkthrough at Vanderbilt earlier this afternoon. It was Tshiebwe’s first pregame walkthrough since enrolling at UK for the spring semester, so he’s a perfect 1-0 on the season in the halfcourt shootout.
And by the looks of the celebration he’s already getting along great with his new friends:

Tshiebwe made his practice debut Monday while in Nashville. Unfortunately he won’t be eligible to help out in actual games until next fall.

Love the apparent team chemistry with him !
Glad he can shoot the long ball. We need it. Now, can you show me proof he can make two footers?
He tears the rim off if he is within two feet. We haven’t had a guy like that in what seems like forever.
Was Bam the last guy CC? GO CATS!!!
Off topic: does anyone think of Isaiah Jackson the way we now think of WCS? Good defensively, catches lobs, but raw offensively; and stays in college to develop?
Unfortunately he be gone……
He is gone, but I love the analogy.
