The Big Blue Madness Campout begins one week from today

We are one week away from the craziest thing Big Blue Nation does every single year, the one thing that really sets us apart from all of the other rabid fan bases. Of course, I’m talking about the Big Blue Madness campout.

Next Wednesday, fans will line up at 5 am around Memorial Coliseum in a COURTEOUS and ORGANIZED fashion (yeah right) and then make their way over to the camping area for setup. Once everyone is established in their new nylon homes for the week, they will hang around until tickets are distributed Friday night at 10 pm. Distribution has always been Saturday morning, but this year it was bumped up to allow fans plenty of time to tailgate for the football game.

As always, there will be a limit of four tickets per person. A limited number of control cards will be issued to those camped out earlier on Friday.

For further details, visit the Big Blue Madness campout website here.

See you out there!

So how old must you be to get issued a control card? I have a family of 6 but only myself and my son can go. I assume I will only get one control card?
