Tai Wynyrd is spending another summer playing three-on-three.

After taking home the championship trophy for his home country of New Zealand in 2015, Wynyrd will return to the FIBA U18 World Championships this summer.  The games begin June 2 in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Check out highlights from last year’s championship performance.

Even though those highlights are impressive, this picture of his team’s pre-game ritual during last year’s game is much more entertaining.

Ha. Seriously, how do you not know how to spell Wynyard?

Looks like we just found Marcus Lee’s replacement! I also second what binarysolo just said. Nick Roush needs a proofreader before he publishes anything.

We haven’t found anything. Basketball is played with 5 people. No disrespect to Ty but he need to be playing with the best talent there is 5v5 all summer and improve immensely to see the court. It hurts defensively to lose Marcus, we can rationalize that it doesn’t matter but it does.
