SEC coaches have plenty of praise for the Cats

The first SEC Coaches Teleconference of the season was full of questions about the Cats, and predictably, each coach asked has plenty of wonderful things to say about Kentucky’s perfect non-conference slate.
“They’re magnificent,” South Carolina’s Frank Martin said. “They defend as well as any team in the country, and as well as any team I’ve seen in a long time.” Billy Donovan agreed, telling reporters that he believes Kentucky is “head and shoulders above everybody else in the country.” Donovan was particularly impressed with UK’s first half vs. Kansas. “They were incredibly dominant.”
Even Kevin Stallings played nice. “Kentucky has kind of separated themselves in non-conference from the rest of the world, not only our league,” Stallings said. Does he think Kentucky will go 40-0? “I suppose if anybody could do it, they could,” he responded. “Gyms are more electric when they walk in, anyway. That part wouldn’t change.”

Kevin Stallings really should look into getting the water drained out of that head of his already.
