Sam Malone had the best response to Kyle Wiltjer and Gonzaga’s locker room celebration

After Gonzaga beat Iowa to advance to the Sweet 16, Mark Few and the Bulldogs got down in the locker room. Seriously, based on their celebration, you’d think they had made the Final Four.

Kyle Wiltjer posted this video of the Zags partying in the locker room, which includes 52-year-old Mark Few doing a handstand and Eric McClellan doing a back flip:

    Yeah, that Sweet 16 celebration was a bit much. I guess I don’t have a huge problem with kids celebrating a couple wins, but if you’re a #1 or #2 seed and a big-name program like Gonzaga, you’re expected to win those first two games (one game really, since first is a gimme). The last thing they want to do is end up looking like Indiana, handing out Sweet 16 rings and mouth-kissing dudes at center court.
