Kentucky might need to find a quick replacement on its schedule.
According to Adam Zagoria, Hartford will NOT participate in the multi-team event that is scheduled to happen at Kentucky. About two weeks ago, reports initially came out indicating that, along with Hartford, Detroit and Richmond would join Kentucky in Lexington for a “pod” style event.
Hartford will not participate in the MTE at Kentucky, source says.

The idea behind the pod is that all four teams could play each other at least once over the course of multiple days while helping limit the spread of the coronavirus without excessive travel. Without Hartford, that leaves just three teams planning to play in the Lexington pod. The event is supposed to begin on Nov. 25 before Kentucky would travel to Orlando for the Champions Classic the following week.
Without Hartford, will Kentucky rush to try and add another school or will it go on with just the three teams? All three teams could still at least play two games apiece without Hartford.
