POLL: Is Calipari’s new book title a shot at Rick Pitino?
Yesterday, John Calipari announced that he’s written a new book entitled, “Success is the Only Option: The Art of Coaching Extreme Talent.” I didn’t think much about it at the time, but that title is VERY similar to the title of Rick Pitino’s 1997 book, “Success is a Choice: Ten Steps to Overachieving in Business and Life.”
As KSR reader Spencer Howle asks on Twitter, is Calipari’s new book a shot at Rick? I mean, the man has beaten him eight times in seven seasons.
