Play of the Game: Tyler Ulis breaks opponent’s ankles… on defense

Tyler Ulis made the play of the game when he stole the ball and took it back the other way for a score on the other end. It stretched Kentucky’s lead back out to two possessions after Chalone-Reims was looking to tie the game in the closing minute.

Ulis was the star of the game for Kentucky with 12 points off the bench and the play that sealed it.

You’re usually good at this Drew…. Play of the game (not even close) Harrison behind the back, splitting 2 Frenchmen to Dakari for the SLAM! SCtop10

I agree the Ulis defensive play was great, but the Harrison to Johnson was by far the play of the game.

Andrew’s pass was great, but the Ulis play iced the game.

Sorry, Drew…Ulis did NOT “steal” the ball. His tight defense caused his man to slip as he tried to shake loose and so he LOST the ball…Ulis had to go 5-6 feet away from his man to get the “loose” ball and get a run-out score. PLUS Juan4UK nailed the POG…you are 0 for 2 today LOL!

Actually…. it was a steal and was surely recorded in the box score as such.

What is the latest on this poor player with the broken ankles? How long will be be out? Will Ulis get in any trouble for breaking this guys ankles? How mean and cruel. I hope Coach cal has a good long talk with Ulis, this is not the kind of players we like at Kentucky….ankle breakers.

Drew also posted about Andrew “breaking his ankles” when in fact the guy just stood there. What’s Drews fascination with “ankle breaking”? Weird.

We’re gonna see and hear more ankle breaking this year done by Ulis on both the offensive and defensive end against his opponents! 😝

    GO CATS!!!

Crazy UK fluff… Broke ankles hardly! The guy clearly slipped and Tyler was the beneficiary of an uncontested layup… What a joke!
