The NCAA Division I Council is scheduled to meet on Wednesday to vote on the proposed six-week preseason practice plan for football, so this vote will likely take place then as well. Considering Kentucky only returns one scholarship player in Keion Brooks, Cal and his staff could use every minute they can get to prepare for another run at No. 9.
