Coach Cals says he is going to play 8-9 guys well Mulder needs to be one of them. The guy can flat out play and is the ONLY dependable knock down shooter on the team. He was the only rotation player that made a 3. He plays with great energy, goes after balls, defends well, he really rebounds like his scholarship depends on it. He handles the ball well, with all due respect to Dom, Mulder should be that 4th guard.

Only dependable knock down shooter? Is Willis no longer on the team? Secondly, the guy has barely played any regular season games, so you can’t call him a dependable shooter just because of an exhibition game. I think he should get some minutes this year, but lets not jump the gun because he played well against Asbury.

Forgot about Derrick. You are right about that. Last year Mulder put in some good in game minutes when given the opportunity. He is way better this year, you can see it.

I respect the guy for jumping. Down 100 and not playing like a kicked dog is commendable. And do you guys remember the game last year Mulder got significant minutes? He was a pretty good defender in that game if I remember correctly but was timid and out of place on offense.

Yeah, this “why would you jump” stuff is kinda disappointing. I’ll never shame a guy for giving effort, even if (gasp), it costs him some cool points.
