More 2012 Cats are on the way

One of the highlights of today’s game was Michael Kidd-Gilchrist walking in during the second half, a total surprise for fans and the team. MKG said he got “homesick” for the BBN while watching the games yesterday, and decided to fly down to be with his La Familia. Apparently, his homesickness is contagious, because MKG said that most of the 2012 team is also on the way. MKG plans to stay until Thursday.

Normally, I’d say, “Don’t Geek,” but I arrive in the Bahamas Thursday afternoon, so I am totally geeking about this.

I get the feeling that tomorrow’s KSR is going to be very similar to this – http://www.myvideo.de/watch/3412362/Chris_Farley_Interview_Paul_Mc_Cartney_SNL

The entire Bahamas trip is apparently one giant UK basketball infomercial. Cal doesn’t just have his team play the games on ESPN, noooo, he makes a seemingly innocent move to let his assistants coach the games…Which merely frees him up to TAKE OVER the ESPN coverage all week long. Brilliant sir!

There’s a certain symmetry to most of the 2012 team coming down to cheer on the Cats. In 2012, we also got an early start on the competition, and there were ex UK pro’s hanging around all summer. Gotta say, I like it!!

Just cant say enough about this team. It is so much fun to watch all of this. Go cats. Take names and kick ass.
