LOOK: Nate Sestina’s body transformation since arriving in Lexington is wild

@HarrisRob3

Nate Sestina has only been on campus for three months, but there is a night-and-day difference between what the Bucknell transfer’s body looked like in June to what it is now.

This afternoon, Kentucky strength and conditioning coach Rob Harris posted a picture of the three-month transformation the 6-foot-9 forward has seen since arriving in Lexington.

“What will you sacrifice?” the caption read.

Crazy.

Back in August, the team put out a post-workout photo that showed the progress the entire team had made body-wise over the summer.

While Sestina certainly looked more buff in the picture from August than he did in June, there is still a significant change to how he looks now:

Sestina will be leaned on in a major way this season in the frontcourt, and he’s certainly looking the part of a difference-maker.

    I don’t mean to brag, but I have progressed from a one pack to a 1.5 pack in the same amount of time.
