It’s been the talk of the weekend and now we have visual proof: Isaiah Jackson has officially arrived in Lexington with members of his family making the trip.
The incoming freshman reportedly made it to campus on Saturday, exactly two weeks after his original move-in date. The reason for the delay has not been disclosed. Jackson is the final member of the 2020-21 roster to set up his new home at the Wildcat Coal Lodge.

Head coach John Calipari said last week that he intends on starting practice this Monday, July 20. Despite the lag in Jackson’s arrival, he should be ready to suit up and practice in less than 24 hours, which is good news.
Jackson, an incoming freshman who was tabbed as a top-30 talent out of high school, is one of the more under-the-radar prospects from Calipari’s loaded 2020 class. However, at 6-foot-9, there is hope he can immediately fill a need in the frontcourt, something that will be amplified if Olivier Sarr’s immediate eligibility waiver winds up getting declined.
With Jackson on campus, the decision on Sarr is probably the final big event for Kentucky basketball fans to look forward too, for now. In the meantime, watch Jackson absolutely crush this poor man’s soul with a baseline poster.
Lol why I flex like that? https://t.co/CTPEWg9Da2
