Marcus Lee and Mychal Mulder were available for questions earlier this afternoon, prior to the team’s final pre-Alabama practice. The two players with varying performances in the LSU loss looked back on that game and what the Cats hope to do tomorrow in Tuscaloosa.
Lee told reporters he set a world record by fouling out in five minutes Tuesday, which was very frustrating.
“It was just a mismatch of me being at the wrong place at the wrong time, and also just I don’t even know. It’s been rough trying to figure that out,” he said.
Mulder, who played a career game, hopes to continue moving forward with an increased role at Alabama.
He said, “I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to show that I can be trusted on the basketball floor. Just went in and worked hard, and that’s what I feel like I should bring in every game. I bring that to practice and I hope that carries over. I want our team to continue to work hard and keep getting better every day and makes sure that we keep taking the right steps to become a great team.”
