If you were to look back and pinpoint the three most popular players at the University of Kentucky over the last decade or so, you’d be hard-pressed to find three better options than John Wall, Anthony Davis, and Benny Snell.
During the 2009-10 season, Wall brought the swagger back to the Kentucky basketball program to get the John Calipari era in Lexington started on a high note.
Just a few years later, Davis became one of the most dominant players in college basketball history, leading Kentucky to its eighth national championship.
Over on the gridiron, Snell gave the UK football program its first true superstar and fan favorite since Randall Cobb, carrying the Wildcats to their first 10-win season since 1977.

Three different superstars on three different teams. All three program-changers.
But what if you were forced to choose only two?
This morning on Kentucky Sports Radio, one of the “bucket of topics” asked this exact question, with Ryan Lemond, Shannon The Dude, and Drew Franklin all being forced to pick one of the three players to erase from UK Athletics history.
After putting the KSR crew on the spot, now it’s your turn.
If you had to leave one of the three UK Athletics legends out in order to keep the other two, who would you pick? Wall, Davis, or Snell?
