The University of Kentucky announced Virginia Tech will come to Rupp Arena on December 16.

A one-year deal with Hokies, Buzz Williams’ team enters this season coming off an NCAA Tournament appearance, Tech’s first in a decade.  The Cats are 3-1 against the Hokies in four meetings.  The last time the two teams met, Kentucky won 84-60 in the Second Round of the 1996 NCAA Tournament.

There are now five confirmed games on Kentucky’s 2017-18 schedule:

  • November 14 vs. Kansas (Champions Classic in Chicago)
  • December 2 vs. Harvard
  • December 9 vs. Monmouth (Madison Square Garden)
  • December 16 vs. Virginia Tech
  • December 23 vs. UCLA (CBS Sports Classic in New Orleans)

Based on the picture, a hokie is a giant bird with a red, scrotum-looking think hanging from his pecker…er, beak.

They wouldn’t have a presser unless he’s leaving and if they were having one it would have already happened

If he’s leaving, he may simply do nothing and say nothing since he’s already in the draft anyway!

Roush, quit using the notification for stuff that’s not that important, it’s annoying. Adding Virginia Tech to the schedule isn’t that exciting.
