I’m good with #6 in December.

Me, too. I kinda like hanging out under the radar. Let everyone else have the expectations. Let our guys feel disrespected. Give ’em something to prove. This should be fun! Cal does love playing the underdog role!

I REALLY don’t care about rankings in December. But i don’t understand how can anyone justify Duke being ranked so high when all they have is a couple wins over teams who at the time were fringe top 25 and now aren’t even ranked. So what’s their resume?

Haven’t you noticed, Duke gets a pass on everything, including NCAA violations….AND they will have easiest path to the championship game as they do annually.

well, if you haven’t kept up with CBB this year, Duke is the only team with anywhere near as much talent as us. that is why they are up there.

I am interested to see if we jump next week when we beat another Top 10 team in UofL if no team ranked ahead of us loses???

So….you beat 2 top 10 teams within a 4 day stretch and still ranked 6 in AP? Furthers the argument about rankings and if they matter at all.

If Duke or UNC beat 2 top 10’s in 4 days???, they would skip to #2 behind Nova with 1st place votes.

if carolina had won by 3, is there any doubt they would be higher than 6 and we would be lower than 8?

8 god you really should keep up with CBB period…..they are up there because they are Duke and because of K and if you knew anything about CBB you’d know Duke gets every break. Look at ESPN today, there is a video of Duke’s Allen driving to the basket untouched but a foul is called, possibly the worst call of the year. And who as the beneficiary?
