Kentucky silences West Virginia, 78-39

Daxter Miles’ prediction of a final 36-1 Kentucky record was just a bit outside. Miles and his Mountaineer teammates got demolished in the Sweet 16 tonight, losing to the Cats, 78-39.

Yup, West Virginia got doubled up. That happened.

More to come…

4 things you don’t do in life. You don’t step on supper man’s cape, you don’t spit into the wind, you don’t fool around with big bad Willie or mess with the Harrison twins. Just ask W Va.

What a bunch of strokes. Talked and talked and talked but when it came time to play UK beat the snot out of them.

They deserved to get hammered after the way they shot their mouths off.

Wanna bet Mike Brey is telling his Notre Dame team to completely keep their mouths shut the next few days? LOL.

I love it when opposing players run their mouth and the Cats make them choke on their own words.

I loved hearing matt jones get called out by huggins. This stuff really doesn’t matter at the end of the day. They’ve played hard every game, and they looked real good tonight.

Only one thing I don’t get. Why in the world would CBS, a NATIONAL network and the home of college basketball, pass on the opportunity to show Kentucky and Notre Dame?

    That’s flat out insane.

    I mean TBS? Really?????
