Kentucky opened as a 1.5 favorite at LSU

According to VegasInsider.com, the Wildcats opened as a 1.5-point favorite in tomorrow night’s game at LSU. The Tigers lost to Tennessee at home by 18 points in the SEC opener, so they’re far from unbeatable on their own floor. Not to mention, fans will have a tough time getting to the arena if the weather shows up as expected. The university already canceled Tuesday classes.

I like the Cats to win and cover. And you?

It will be close. We all know teams play out their minds against UK. But UK out scores LSU 11 – 6 in final couple minutes and win by 6. 71 – 65

It will be like Arkansas, BUT the outcome will be different.

We have grown, and learned. And no one should make the same mistake twice.

UK dodges a bullet by 1.

This is a disaster! 1.5 point favorite.
    We are screwed…

As long as the refs don’t get whistle happy like they did at UNC & Arky we’ll win by 6 at the minimum.

If we run like last game and score 20 fast break points again…lots of assists…we win by 20+

Cats by 15 and will lead by as many 22 during the game.

No game is a gimme, but we should win this game by 15+. LSU also lost to Rhode Island at home before that Tennessee game and squeaked by South Carolina. They beat a Missouri team that has been terrible on the road all year.

I’m not betting the house on Kentucky to cover, but I might bet the barn.

Double figure victory for the Cats…Willis hits his first SEC 3-pointer and Hawkins gets 7 points.

Vegas must not trust frosh on the road. But if they are looking at Arkansas as an example, they are not paying attention. Arkansas cannot win away, but can hardly lose at home. And that game with [email protected] was rugby, not basketball.

LSU will grab, smack, and push, because they know they are inferior. Will they be permitted to do so, or will it cost them?
