Kentucky has extended yet another scholarship offer in the class of 2021.

This afternoon, John Calipari and the UK coaching staff extended an offer to five-star forward Moussa Diabate, the program’s fifth among uncommitted prospects.

Tipton Edits was the first to break the news.

Diabate, a 6-foot-10, 215-pound forward native of France, currently plays for IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL.

The five-star prospect is considered the No. 7 overall player in the ESPN rankings, with 247Sports listing him at No. 19 overall in their Composite rankings for 2021.

In an interview with KSR, Kentucky’s lone commitment in the class of 2021, Nolan Hickman, said he has been in Diabate’s ear about joining him in Lexington next year, among other prospects.

“Yeah, I’ve been pushing the tempo with [five-star forward] Patrick Baldwin. I’ve even tried pushing the tempo with my guy Paolo [Banchero], even with him being committed to Duke, I’ve been trying to talk that BBN in his ear. He picked the wrong shade of blue. I’ve been reaching out to Moussa [Diabate] at IMG, trying to reach out to him,” Hickman told KSR.

“I’ve been doing anything I can as a point guard, reaching out to everyone I can to help this team flourish and be the best it can be. We’ve got to get this tenth [title]. I skipped nine for a reason, this squad is going to go out there and do their thing.”

Diabate joins five-star guards Jaden Hardy and Hunter Sallis, five-star forward Patrick Baldwin Jr., and four-star forward Bryce Hopkins as uncommitted prospects to receive an offer from Kentucky in the class of 2021.

Maybe he can grow to be a giant, though. 🙂

In the video he doesn’t look as willowy as he does in that photo. Actually reminds me of Terrence Jones a little in the way he plays.

We are going to need more than one new front court player next year in all likelihood

I hope recruits that read this shit..if they even do… know that half of the KSR comments come from ANTI UK FANS! Most Kentucky fans will appreciate any interest in our program lol ESPECIALLY FIVE STAR PLAYERS

Eh, TCP has a lot of MAGA types who are condemning Cal and the players. So while we do have some fake fans trying to make us look bad, we also have some absolute jerks in our fanbase. But if you ignore them on messageboards and twitter, it won’t impact you much. No one goes up to these kids in public and says the crap the “fans” do on blogs and social media.

It’s just a shame so many people care so much about what is said on social media. Players who come here mostly have a great experience.

Han, yes we have some jerks in our fan base. But we also have some jerks that can’t keep politics out of sports. Looks like the shoe fits you. Some people can’t make an educated statement without bringing politics into it. Geez

Lmao Jesus you guys always find new ways to repackage anything that isn’t relentlessly positive as trolling from UK haters. I’ve said it before, but it’s like all the sad sacks from rupps rafters migrated to this comment section. High school basketball players aren’t reading this comment section. They think nothing of us or our program, we are just a stepping stone and they intend to shit on our history and the men who built the program while they’re on their way to a premature exit in March.

This program has no more championships in its future. Calipari can’t coach his way out of a wet paper bag.

Oooh I like him good running big with good hands and aggression. Looks like a future projected star in the NBA down the road
