Joe Lunardi gave the BBN some good news and bad news in his latest edition of Bracketology.

The bad news is that Kentucky is still a four-seed, paired up with Kansas, Maryland, Louisville and Oregon.

The good news is that the last time Louisville and Kentucky were playing for a Final Four berth in Indianapolis, this happened.

In the most prominent brackets on the internet, Kentucky is featured on the four-line. The Bracket Matrix has averaged the seeds of 94 different bracket projections. After crunching the numbers UK is the highest-ranked five-seed.

26 days till Selection Sunday.

I think Oregan would give us fits and I don’t see any way in hell we’d beat Kansas.
I also don’t think Louisville would make it out of their side of the region.

That was truly an unforgettable tourney run with Aaron . I just knew we were gonna win it , I know we deserved it more

Take a look at Duke’s path. San Diego State is the one seed and not much power in the region. If the bracket holds, it’s an easy path to the Final Four. Anyone surprised?

These are projections. Jeez. Waste of time.

Listening to the Leach Report the other day and Mike DeCourcy was on saying the committee made a mistake putting duke in the bracket they were in last season because the ratings would’ve been better if they had made it to the final four. With the team of the century including Zion I’m sure no one could fathom them losing like they did, the committee will most likely atone for that mistake this time around.

Yes it’s just a darn shame that K can’t coach. Cal would surely have won it all with those players..

The refs have already made amends to duke, in the UNCheat game and the FSU games. Here’s something odd about the duke UNCheat game. When is the last time you saw two teams have the exact same number of fouls called on them? Both duke and UNCheat had 27 fouls called on them with UNCheat shooting 4 more free throws, makes me think somebody put a bug in the refs’ ears to call this one even.

We should be pretty good if we can make it past first weekend. Its the Utahs and Evilles that we don’t play to. UNC is team that could rip us a new one.

UNC? Ol’ Roy would be dropping F bombs after the beatdown we would put on them. We’ll never know, because they’re not making the tournament.

True, since UNCheat was 10-10 , they have lost 6 in a row; only 5 games left, and there is no way they can avoid a losing record in the regular season.
Only way they could get in would be to win their conference tournament.

Stop giving this clown clicks!!! His “projections” are totally meaningless trash! Like I have said before, an undefeated or one-loss (from here on) UK who makes it to Sunday in the SECT is at worst a 2 seed. With another 2-3 losses they are a 3. This idiot is just an ESPoN troll who does these things to justify whatever money they are wasting on him.
