Kentucky cruises by Cleveland State 101-70

Well, that was fun. Kentucky just wrapped up a 101-70 beatdown of Cleveland State, and it wasn’t even that close. Malik Monk led Kentucky in scoring with 23 points off 8-12 shooting, including four threes, followed by De’Aaron Fox with 16 points and 11 assists and Bam Adebayo with 14 points and 7 rebounds. How out of control was today’s game? Brad Calipari checked in at the 7:41 mark.

We’ll have plenty of postgame coverage, including Calipari’s press conference, coming up in just a minute…

We now have 3 established good shooters from the perimeter (monk, mulder, willis), this team could easily end up being the best scoring team Cal has ever had, all that we need now is to continue to improve rebounding and eliminating turnovers.

Question: do you think the UK fans will outnumber the UL fans at the Yum this year? 😉
