This is Unfreaking Believable. In response, the NCAA will undoubtedly clear KU of all allegations..

    1. Memphis UK Cat

Wow if you are on serious violations you might as well go down in flames.
      Lol wow!

    2. Cletis75

Never been a Kansas fan, but I am a fan of the big FU to the NCAA. Use the UNC defense, “everyone was invited to join the fun!”

    3. Fat-so

I agree with Cletis75! Might not be a fan of Kansas but love this shit! Bill Self is the man for this shit whether he wants the credit for it or not!!

  2. minton22

Toto, I don’t think we’re in Kansas anymore.

    1. sportsbird66

      Lol

    2. Cletis75

With that big blunt, Toto will be lucky to find himself by thanksgiving!

  3. UKFanSC

Wow. After being hit with multiple Level 1 infractions KU walks right up to Mark Emmert and pees on his shoes. Perhaps the most arrogant (or idiotic) response in NCAA history.

    1. BobbyBlue

Wow/-/ I always liked Jeff Long when he was at Ky, but if his job was not already on the line, this likely pushed it over the brink, especially now that the Gayhawks will be searching for a scapegoat to save Self’s job !

    2. katmandue2you

Gives a whole new perspective to the term “JAY”hawks. J to the A to the Y… idiotic Kansas gotta be high! Dey in duh Phog sho’nuff!

  4. Batsell

Wow! Institutions of higher learning………well, I mean Kansas!

  5. 4everUKblue

Can’t make this stuff up. Pretty much mocking the NCAA.

    1. Bluehender

NCAA will look the other way 4ever

    2. 4everUKblue

Bluehender that would mean they would have to look at Kansas because they’ve been looking the other way for years.

    3. Bluehender

      That’s true 4ever

  6. Bobbum Man

So the mascot came into the event on the phone? Was on his phone the entire time?

  7. UKFanSC

During the performance Snoop uses the f word multiple times ( there are 7 year olds in the stands) the Jayhawks mascot is smoking a fake blunt, and they shoot money into the players section. There are 4 strippers hanging from poles wearing next to nothing. A huge F U from Bill Self to the NCAA.

    1. runningunnin.454

Rappers are going to rap; they have no concept of propriety and decorum. Evidently Kansas doesn’t, either. Shut them down.

    2. nocode96

To be fair, if you have your 7 yo in the stands at a Snoop show, no matter what false pretenses there are, that’s on you. If you take your kid to say, a Marilyn Manson show, even if he swears and promises not to have lewd acts on stage, he’s gonna have lewd acts on stage. And more power to him too. It’s not the job if entertainers to governed their style to be more wholesome for children and easily offended people.

    3. TPACAT

Yeah, always “society’s fault”. You sound like a great role-model, nocode(ofconduct)…

    4. mashburnfan1

SC…wearing next to nothing? You don’t get out much I guess. They have more on than half the scum you see at your local Walmart.

    5. UKFanSC

      I took poetic license

    6. 4everUKblue

mashbum is an authority on scantily clad strippers.

  8. mashman 93

Kansas will be on probation this time next year so hopefully they had fun. lol

  9. sportsbird66

Perfect show for all ages. Cursing and hoes on poles. Classy

  10. runningunnin.454

Hey, I think I saw Katrina Powell; she doesn’t recruit for UL anymore?

    1. Fat-so

Welp atleast the bitch stayed with an Adidas school!

  11. pinch9

If this isn’t lack of institutional control I don’t know what is. Rock Chalk!

  12. kuhlkat

I cant believe this actually happened

  13. wyatts1

Not even gonna lie, this is awesome. Their already screwed so why not go out with a bang, punishments aren’t gonna change any. Let’s face it, 90%+ does exactly what their being accused of, their just giving a big ?? as they go out.

  14. Bluehender

Sad. Another link in the chain of the downfall of American society..imo

    1. 4everUKblue

I agree, this kind of activity is an example of the deliberate dumbing down of America…imo.

    2. Bluehender

      Sure is 4ever

    3. Theverystableneverobstructingpowerabussivelessnondictatorpresedenttrump

Americans were the smartest they’ve ever been under my presidency. Now that the Democrats are in control of their thoughts and the majority that wants to see me impeached, you are on to something.

    4. Bluehender

      Is that you stable genius??

    5. TPACAT

      Yep…

    6. 4everUKblue

It was the Reagan administration who fired Charlotte Iserbyt who wrote “The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America”. served as the senior policy advisor in the Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI), U.S. Department of Education, during the first term of U.S. President Ronald Reagan.

Iserbyt later came across a federally-funded grant entitled Better Education Skills through Technology (Project BEST), part of which was headed “What we (U.S. Dept. of Education) can control and manipulate at the local level”. After leaking this document to Human Events, she was removed from her post in the Department of Education.

So it was the Republicans who started the decline, not that one party is better or worse than the other and if you think so you need to put down the crack pipe.

    7. Bluehender

Thanks for that tidbit 4ever. Both parties seem to be doing their very best to sink the ship. Compromise is a dirty word in politics in this day and age, another link in the chain..

    8. 4everUKblue

Bluehender they are all liars, cheats and thieves, having two parties gives the illusion that we have a choice but we really don’t. When it’s all said and done the agenda’s the same no matter who is in office, a one world government. Bush senior talked about as did many others, it’s been in the works for decades now and it’s coming, so the best thing we can all do is stay united.

    9. Bluehender

      Bingo 4ever..

  15. J. Did

    No Class Asinine Assemblage.

  16. CrystalBall

    Unbelievably stupid.

  17. Bluebloodtoo

This has to be a statement to the NCAA in some way. I’m not sure how it’s intended, but I have to believe in a back room on the KU campus somewhere several people area having a good laugh. I say that because there is NO FREAKING WAY that KU officials didn’t know that this is the product they were purchasing.

  18. Han

FWIW, the money cannon supposedly shot fake Snoop money.

The rest of it is just a straight finger to the NCAA though.

If we got a 10-pg letter for giving Cal a basketball, this should lead to a novel and huge fine.

  19. GoCatz

UL people are kicking themselves for not thinking of this.

    1. 4everUKblue

Maybe UofLittleBro got busted for trying to hide it instead of putting it right in the NCAA’s faces.

  20. VirginiaCat

I am thinking that the “money gun” was aimed at recruits. Speaking of which, recruits may be impressed with the Midnight Madness show (or not), but they will focus on the NCAA probe and stay clear of Kansas. The show itself was, at a minimum, tone deaf.

  21. Southky

Lol!!! You can’t make this stuff up! The NCAA will hammer Southwest Missouri State over this!

  22. cmgormanjr1

    Pitiful

  23. lgmagruder

Looks like a lack of “institutional control.”. Oh wait, you got that last week.

    1. 4everUKblue

      Lol!

  24. Trueblue44

    Lmfao this is absolutely mind-blowing.

  25. Headhurts

Have some respect! Those girls are the defending ncaa pole dancing champs

  26. satcheluk

This is the Trump way to deal with accusations. Double barrel birds up. Classy.

    1. jim tom

      Damn straight dawg

  27. Theverystableneverobstructingpowerabussivelessnondictatorpresedenttrump

Now this is my kinda school.

    1. jim tom

      Hell yeah dawg

    2. 4everUKblue

No surprise Billy Ray Jim Bob Tom liked it.

  28. jim tom

    In da money

  29. 4everUKblue

I’m pretty sure Self’s motto is “It’s better to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission.”

  30. TomKat9698

Are the strippers part of Snoop Dogs act ? I mean, who in their right mind would contemplate doing something like that in front of children? Shooting out fake money to recruits also isn’t the brightest idea either!!! Like someone said, might as well go down in flames!

    1. Bluehender

Snoop Dog would…and it’s not mother approved..but it’s Kansas approved.

    2. 4everUKblue

      Bingo Bluehender.

  31. bbn606

Geez and all we get is Matthew Mitchell dancing.

  32. RiskyBizzz

WOW! WOW! Maybe if the “acrobatic dancers” had worn clown suits and sneakers instead of hot pants, tank tops and platform stiletto heels and they were actually performing ACROBATICS and Snoop Dog had been shooting t-shirts at the recruits instead of Snoop bucks and the mascot had been sucking on a lollipop instead of a big joint then MAYBE it could have passed as a family friendly show. THIS however was nothing but a finger to the NCAA!
I don’t believe for a second the AD and coach had no idea what type of show Adidas paid for!
