Julius Randle, Coach Cal, and the 2014-15 Wildcats

@UKCoachCalipari

Julius Randle is in Lexington to help out with 2014 Kroger John Calipari ProCamp (Cal has so many camps this summer) and he took some time out of his busy schedule of being the Lakers’ future for a photo op with Cal, the team and some campers.

As Kyle Tucker pointed out on the Twitter device, that’s 10 McDonald’s All-Americans in one photo, maybe more if some of the younger kids pay attention this week and work hard.

Randle was bouncing around Lexington over the weekend, too.

Why’s Ulis in a gray shirt in between those two white kids in row 2?

Somebody needs to tell Ulis to turn his shorts off.

The bigger question is, why are you 2 so stupid?

At least 10 MAA’s……in time, could be more if some of those campers turn out to be ballers!

Random question…Julius was teammates with the Harrisons, Dakari, Marcus Lee, Willie, etc..list goes on – basically everyone from last year.

When he comes back in town now…let’s say majority of them go out and catch up. Can he pay for their dinner? Obviously I’m thinking no because of NCAA rules/etc…but it’s just an interesting concept because it’s not a booster, it’s not an alumnus (didn’t graduate). He’s basically just a friend who got a lucrative job offer and moved on.

I wonder if Cal talks to them about that. Being at a Kentucky, I’m sure this scenario happens and is a reality more so than at other schools.

    Just an interesting concept.

I have been noticing that any pic of the team so far this summer does not include any of the walk-on’s (Lanter, Long, Malone)…Wondering what’s up with that?

What a huge team. The Cats should pulverize teams in the paint.

Thats because they stick all the white guys in the back row. It Willis was 6.6 or 6.5, you wouldn’t be able to see him either.

    Trust me.
    They ALL know the rules!
I went to the first Father/Son Camp this summer with my 2nd grader.
I got him to ask Dakari, EJ, and Dominique to grub at the ‘Ho one night.
They all met us there, but they clearly knew, they all pay their own way.
    We are all: Smarty Cats!

    Where is Randel’s right hand?
I’m assuming Cal jumped up about two seconds later and screamed,
    “Bad touch!”
