Coach Cal tweets “tea leaves” after new G League development

Soon after ESPN broke the news of the G League’s “Select Contracts” for potential one-and-done talents, John Calipari responded with a tweet of “tea leaf.”

If you followed his comments at SEC Basketball Media Day, you may know he said, “I’m reading tea leaves” regarding his comments about the G League and a potential change coming to his sport.

He said it a lot:

Turns out, he read those leaves correctly.

Why would you make fun of Coach Cal? Not very nice Drew. Was kind of funny how many times he said tea leaves, but still I don’t like video making fun of Coach Cal

Drew does some questionable things on the regular, that should not be done by a true Big Blue fan. Nothing he does or says surprises me anymore.

I don’t care nothing about this. Drew best be watching who he’s making fun of. Better remember he’s a host on a radio show and part owner of a sports bar that cater to fans of the man he’s making fun of.

His way of hinting that if the rule was in effect this pass summer “Reid would have taken advantage of it” ? Tea leaves….Travis leaves. My story.
