Jamal Murray hit an impossible shot in HORSE

Do not play Jamal Murray in HORSE. We learned that when Murray and Tyler Ulis played against the fans in a special for Kentucky Wildcats TV earlier this year.

Seamus McKiernan of The Players’ Tribune did not get that message. He played HORSE against Murray and earned himself a letter after Murray hit a crazy, blind shot from behind the basket in the corner.

It’s really unbelievable:

How did he make that???

Kung-fu training. That’s how.

He is a special kid; can you imagine what he would have been like as a junior? And, that brings me to my pet peeve….the NCAA and NBA should somehow come together to keep kids in college for 3 years or age 21. The NBA will still be there.
Yes, I know they could get hurt…I know it seems un-american to make someone do something they don’t want to do; but,I think it would be better for the student-athletes in the long run. Yes, some gifted players make it quickly, A. Davis , J.Wall, and KAT; but, many players’ careers are derailed by leaving too soon. If it was good enough for Larry Bird and Michael Jordan.
They should also be encouraged to take business courses and learn how to manage money…Antoine Walker comes to mind.
