Isaac Humphries Needs a Car

Getting around town isn’t easy for Isaac Humphries.

The former Kentucky Wildcat is back in Lexington, but the power forward is without transportation.  The Australian is learning the hard way that in America you can’t rent a car until you’re 25.

I imagine this was his reaction when Enterprise told him they actually couldn’t pick him up.

He can get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to play basketball around the world, but Humphries can’t rent a car.

If he can make hundreds of thousands of dollars, why is he renting a dang car instead of buying one?

Doubt he’s interested in buying a car in Lexington when it’s not his home.

Everyone should have to wait until they are 25.

    1. We all had to wait
    2. Rental cars would be more expensive if the age was lower.

Moral of the story: we aren’t paying for your mistakes kids. I heard there is a think called Uber if you don’t have friends.

You can rent a car at Enterprise if you are under 25 as a retail/leisure customer as long as you are 21, there is just an additional young driver fee applied on a per day basis and you are only eligible to rent up to a full size car.

Surely KSR has a car he can borrow.

Matt should take some of his growing campaign funds and help him out. Or maybe sell his purple derby suit.

If he is going to be coming back every summer or so why not buy a good used car and keep it over at Cals house I’m sure he’s got the room. I personally find it so crazy the things your not allowed to do because under a certain age, but we are allowed to fight for our country at 17. I know this because I did, went in at age 17. But did have to have my mom sign papers. Thanks Mom
