Or this:

It’s a new trend that’s taken the internet by storm, and many people have followed suit by posting their own challenges. For example, the UK Basketball account tweeted this the other day:

From “Demarcus Cousins requested people to telephone him,” to “A man with long arms and a unibrow blocked some shot and won a championship,” the responses didn’t disappoint.

It inspired us at KSR to come up with some of our own boring descriptions of iconic UK basketball and football moments. Here’s what we got:

John Wall flexed his muscle:

Tayshaun Prince made some long shots:

Wiley Cauley-Stein went to Gainesville and dunked:

Jodie Meeks scored some points in Knoxville:

Josh Harrellson threw a hard pass:

Aaron Harrison made a three pointer. Then another. Then another.

When it comes to football, Kentucky punter Max Duffy might have had the best one:

Here’s what we came up with on the gridiron:

Stevie Johnson got open and broke a tackle:

A fan had an even better one for Stevie:

Benny Snell scored a touchdown in the Citrus Bowl:

Mike Douglas tipped a pass:

Braxton Kelley made a tackle against a good team:

Stephen Johnson liked what he saw:

A streak ended:

What do you think, BBN? Give us your most boring descriptions in the comments.

    1. I forgot how bad the spacing was on the Aaron vs Wisconsin shot. Geez. Was anyone on the opposite side at all?

    2. I forgot how many of Jodies points were with one or even two hands literally in his face. I bet he still remembers that feelings. Like throwing a rock into the ocean. Shame that his coach actually said he shouldn’t have shot so much. That dude was walking on air during that game.

Also “He’s got the puppies set off the bus” needs to have its own place beside Tay’s 5 3’s in the UK Hall of Fame because that is a legendary call.
