Hey Kentucky! Lee Cruse TEES OFF on Cal’s haters

Hey Kentucky’s Lee Cruse TEES OFF!

He has some thoughts about the members of the BBN who hate on Coach Calipari, the national media’s bias against Kentucky and the coaches who “set [the media’s] loins on fire” (cough cough, Coach K). And, he’s coming with the proof:

Here’s his take. Do you agree?

I like Cal, so don’t take this wrong. Show me a 10 year line graph of the same data set.

Haters continue to hate. Cal was offered by the University. If anyone else got the same contract offered up, they’d take it in a heartbeat. Cal said he was committed and staying at UK for the remainder of his coaching tenure. He isnt Pitino, and wouldve already abandoned the program for much better offers. Cleveland and the Lakers came knocking and offered more. UCLA is a joke and so are Cal haters

But they left off a key stat. NIT 1st round losses…Cal leads them in that 1-0-0. Would rather have a couple NCAA 1st round losses than any NIT 1st round loss.

Hey Mash, you realize Roy also has an NIT loss in that span? Wasn’t in the first round but honestly if you’re in the NIT it say either win it or get out right away.

Cal has been here 22 years? That’s what the chart seems to indicate.

No, it doesn’t indicate that. Sweet 16, elite 8, final four and title or runner up all happen in the same year if you make it that far.

see that is how they try to make this all look great. Yet only line that matters is, well 2 lines, NCAA appearances and titles. See in those categories the other coaches have 10 while Cal has 9, he lost in NIT {1st round at that}. And titles 4 teams have won 2 since Cal has been here…UNC, dUKe, UConn and Nova. BBn keeps making fun of U6 but they actually have same amount of titles in that span despite the mess they have been…I know NCAA vacated it but they still won it and participated in all the fun and activities. And they won on the court, same 1 title that we have.

Uh, yeah, I get it. Sarcasm lost on you guys. Most people refer to tournament records by stating the round a person made it TO, not THROUGH. So, the 2012 team would have one tally, that being the championship. Not taking a stance for or against Cal frankly. Just wanting to point out how rediculous the chart is. Each season has one distinct outcome. It’s not reasonable to state it any other way.

Conveniently omitted is that horrible NIT first round loss.
One need not be a “hater” to still shudder at the thought of that train wreck.

All complaints will be filed by year. 2020, 2021,2022, 2023, and so on.

Let’s also conveniently leave out that our best player went down earlier in the year with a season ending knee injury.

UNC has only won 1 since Cal has been here. Mashburnfan1. Why do you continue to say it’s 2?

You have to understand that trashburn is careful in which “facts” he includes in his arguments. And when there isn’t a convenient one, he just makes them up.

If you compare Coach K and Roy’s records with Cal’s, for the 27 years that Cal has been a college coach, the numbers are a little different. Cal has been to 6 FF and won one championship. During that same time, Coach K has been to 10 FF and won 5 championships. Roy has been to 9 FF and won 3 championships.

You can’t compare being at UK to being st Memphis and UMass. K never made the tourney at Army. Crying Roy choked every year at Kansas.

VirginiaCat and Trashburn please do us all a favor and find another team. You all aren’t real UK fans. If you think you’re a fan, please just step in front of traffic. You all are pitiful human beings. The fact that he took UMASS AND MEMPHIS to final 4s is itself an accomplishment. No other coach could do that.

SPOT ON VirginiaCat! This clown picks two teams to compare with Calipari and Kentucky… and tries to CON most UK fans with his diatribe!

LOL! No wonder no one I spoke with ever heard of this joker!

      LOL!
