HALFTIME: Kentucky leads Morehead State 45-26

Folks, this Kentucky team is good. Like, really good.

Through 20 minutes, the Wildcats lead Morehead State 45-26, with an extremely balanced scoring and defensive effort across the board.

Terrence Clarke leads the way with 10 points on 4-7 shooting to go with two rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Devin Askew, BJ Boston and Isaiah Jackson each finished with seven points, with Askew adding three assists and two rebounds, Boston adding five rebounds, two assists and two steals, and Jackson adding two rebounds and a block.

Davion Mintz and Cam’Ron Fletcher each added five points, while Dontaie Allen scored his first basket as a Wildcat and hit a free throw to finish with four points at the break.

Led by Clarke with 19 minutes, all ten available players played at least four minutes.

    Lol- are all the barbershops closed in Lexington? Coach Cal and nearly the entire team could use a haircut and a shave. Lots of weapons on this team. Loved the energy Fletcher played with and I think Allen earned some more playing time. Very deep squad.
