HALFTIME: Kentucky leads LSU 29-28 at the break



The Kentucky Wildcats are on top through 20 minutes of action.

At the half, Kentucky leads LSU by a score of 29-28, with seven separate Wildcats making baskets.

Quickley leads the Wildcats with seven points on 2-7 shooting and 1-3 from three to go with two rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

Nick Richards is right behind with six points on 3-5 shooting, also adding four rebounds and four blocks in 16 minutes of action.

Ashton Hagans has also added five points (2-6 shooting, 1-3 from three) to go with three rebounds, two assists, and one block.

EJ Montgomery has managed four points, while Tyrese Maxey has three, and Nate Sestina and Keion Brooks have each added two.

As a team, Kentucky is shooting 31.6% overall and 20% from three, while LSU is shooting 31.3% from the field and 30% from deep.

    We are getting out hustle to mans second changes at points. Giving their guards a lane u can drive a truck through to the basket. VALUE the basketball.

    Here we go, refs didn’t call too many fouls in the first half so you can bet your @ss they’ll make up for it in the second.

      They sat Montgomery down pretty fast. Look for fouls on Richards early second half..and a third on Montgomery

    Must get the ball more to Richards down low even if he kicks out for a guard to get a clean shot.
