Good luck finding a spot to camp out in Tent City

The Big Blue Madness campout will take over the area surrounding Memorial Coliseum next week as fans anxiously await the free BBM ticket distribution, but it’ll be a fight for real estate this year.

Check out this map of the camping and no-camping areas in Tent City:

As you can see, a lot of the prime space is colored red, including the entire west side of Memorial. That has been a highly populated area in years past.

If you plan to camp out next week, I’d encourage you to be ready to go when fans can begin setting up next Wednesday at 5 am.

Good luck!

Looks like another UK fan tradition ruined by Barnhart and the administration.

I don’t understand this logic. That leaves virtually no room to camp. I understand there is a lot of construction, but some of these areas just doesn’t make any sense.

At least 1/4 of the people that usually go to this have no intention of actually going to BBM. Just look at Craig’s list the day before tickets are handed out. Maybe this will leave a few more free tickets to actual fans instead of those just trying to make a quick buck.
