Fran Fraschilla came up with nicknames for the White Platoon
Matt Jones look-alike Dave Flemming and Fran Fraschilla called last night’s game, and clearly did their homework on John Calipari’s platoon system. In fact, Fraschilla came up with an entire list of nicknames for the White Platoon, the graphic of which you can see above. The list is pretty ridiculous, as is the thought of an esteemed broadcaster like Fraschilla sitting in his office at ESPN trying to come up with it. Actually, that sounds like an excellent “SportsCenter” commercial.
I am a fan of “More Guys,” though.
