Coach Cal Hung Out with Bill Clinton

Screen Shot 2016-05-03 at 6.25.57 PM

Bill Clinton has spent the day in Lexington and Louisville, politicking for his wife ahead of Kentucky’s Democratic primary.  In between a speech outside of the William T. Young Library on UK’s Campus and an appearance in Louisville, the former President caught up with his old friend, John Calipari.

Coach Cal shared these pictures with the caption: “The 42nd President of the United States, , who I’ve known for 25 years, passed through Lexington today.”

A not-so-casual “I’ve known him for 25 years,” but you can’t blame the man for name-dropping.  It’s also not a bad way to head off the internet trolls at the pass, even though I’m sure you all will still enjoy screaming at one another in the comments section.

Updates from the Ulises

Tyler and his Dad, James, couldn’t resist the photo-op…

…and Tyler couldn’t stop geeking while Bill signed a photo with JFK described by Cal as “iconic.”

I wonder what kind of advice Clinton is giving to Ulis and Booker…

I don’t think they need any advice in that department.

Clinton would have been more inline to have visited Pinto and the Louisville hookers.

Why would anyone want anything to do with anyone in the skanky Clinton family? I hate to see the UK name associated with the Clintons. Wow.

I’m a republican, but if you really think she has no chance of winning, then you’re delusional. she might not win, but she absolutely has a chance. be rational.

Considering that this fall’s election will feature the two of the most unpopular people ever to run for president, the only ones guaranteed to lose are the American people.

Sentient Third Eye, you got one half of that statement correct. HRC is terribly unpopular, even in her own party. However Trump is pretty darn popular. He’s received more votes than any other candidate in the primary season and the primaries aren’t even over yet.

She will win by default. Trump might be liked by a lot of uneducated people but 60% of voters see him unfavorably compared to 49% for Clinton. Clinton now holds a 13% edge on Trump after last night. Clinton and the Democratic Party is celebrating the Trump victory. She fares better against him than any other candidate. 70% of women are against Trump and so are all minorities. The Klan and white supremacy groups won’t be enough for the Donald.

Yeah, I’d rather have Bush stop by so he could tell Devin and Tyler how his ignorance and negligence resulted in the loss of the World Trade Center and thousands of American lives😩😏😏.
It ain’t about politics you Faux news trolls–it’s about these kids getting the opportunity to meet a former president. That’s an awesome memory regardless of party. .

When Sudan offered to arrest Bin Laden in ’96, it was not Bush who refused the offer and talked them into realeasing him to Afghanistan. It was not Bush who refused to act upon intelligence that would have captured him twice after that, both before 9-11.
      That was your man Clinton.

The truth is that neither Bush nor Clinton was responsible for 9/11. The real culprit (other than mastermind Khalid Shiek Mohammed, his money-man/patron Osama bin Laden and the terrorists themselves) was a woman named Jamie Gorelick, a Clinton-era Deputy Attorney General who infamously erected the so-called “Gorelick Wall” that kept various agencies from sharing intelligence. According to the 9/11 Commission, this was the single greatest structural cause of our breakdown in intelligence and security.

Despite her Neville Chamberlain-esque record of failure (she also ran Fannie Mae during a period full of corruption and scandal), she still did well for herself, later becoming a partner in a big law firm and getting a seat on the board of Amazon.

Who says utter incompetence doesn’t pay in America?

Yes, that’s what I meant, the incompetence of the Clinton administration. Gorelick served as Deputy A.G under Clinton.
It was also Clinton’s Secretary of Defense Les Aspin that refused air support and armored vehicles during the Black Hawk Down fiasco in Somalia.

Seriously, I’m offended that anything named Clinton is in any way associated with the great University of Kentucky Wildcats. Horrified to see those photos. Bill Clinton doesn’t deserve to breath the same air as Cal.

Are you kidding? He’s obviously asking for advice, not giving advice. You can even see him taking notes in one of the pictures.
